JCS Heathrow Advantage

Physical Presence, Ultimate Control

Unlike other agents, JCS Pet Travel is the authorised customs clearance agent for a number of airline arrivals at Heathrow, such as British Airways, Qantas, Air Canada, and Emirates (to name but a few!). We are in the unique position of having an office located inside the Animal Reception Centre (HARC/ACC). This means:

We have direct access to the customs computer database, which is the primary reason clients are unable to arrange the clearance themselves.

Our green-shirted staff are physically on-site the moment your pet arrives to coordinate the vet check, paperwork, and collection, ensuring a seamless handover.

We offer a dedicated, comfortable meeting area complete with a sofa and refreshments. This offers your pet a chance to de-stress and relax in a premium environment before collection or onward travel, reinforcing their First-Class experience.

*For exports only – Pet Meeting Area is located at our Heathrow office at TW14 8EE.
